Invitation Letter
A Letter of Invitation is a proof that your paper submission and registration application are accepted by the conference committee board. It will be stated in English and may help with your visa application. However, it does not guarantee you a visa.
Invitation letters will only be issued once your registration and payment have been completed. We will require:

FULL PAPER
Authors of accepted abstracts must prepare and submit their full paper for review. The full paper must be sent as a Word document with at 12pt font with 1.5 spacing single column formatted for a minimum length of 4 pages. It should not exceed 15 pages, including tables, figures, and references. All accepted papers will be peer-reviewed and must be original high-quality research that has not been previously published. The paper must be written in English clearly and concisely. Any author who is not fluent in English is encouraged to have their manuscript checked and edited by a native English speaker. The reviewing process does not include the correction of grammatical errors. Papers with a large number of grammatical and syntax errors may be rejected.

ABSTRACT
The language of all documents should be English. It should have good grammar and easy-to-understand English.
Each abstract should not exceed the word limit of 500 words.

ORAL PRESENTATION
All presentations must be delivered in English, the conference's official language. Each presentation, made by one or more speakers, must be prepared in English and should be no longer than 15 minutes, afterward, we will have around five minutes for questions and answers. We recommend delivering a PowerPoint presentation of your research work on the conference day. You can save a copy of your presentation in your email and bring it on a USB stick.
