Master Programs

Our programs include project-based field research at the national & International levels. It’s a deep dive into a client’s real-world challenges in developing innovative strategies for a business to enter a local and/or international market.

Learning by doing allows a strong experiential component that’s a valuable proving ground for skills development, professional behaviours, and establishing competency and confidences in work-related activities. This helps students identify their own strengths, weaknesses and preferences and to develop and enhance competencies useful in their start-ups, business, and far beyond business in their personal lives. These competencies include but are not limited to effective communication, teamwork, negotiation, decision-making, resource acquisition, and opportunity evaluation… these are all skills with day-to-day applications in all walks of life and work.

During your studies, innovative thinking will become second nature, allowing you to put your flourishing entrepreneurial skills into practice. Your studies have a focus on innovation, on enacting ideas with value. You will participate in a range of skill enhancing activities such as management consulting for start-ups and scale-ups. We also focus our approach, on delivering insights that make a differncey from research. Our students are given the opportunity to create impactful research both through articles and/or from their thesis. Addtionally, our student have  an alternating rhythm of study which allows them to build their entrepreneuial projects in parallel with their courses. During this time, they will meet and mingle with entrepreneurs in different stages of entrepreneurship from varying industries. Becoming a successful business person also requires technical skills that all PSE student acquire so they can advantage their skills (i.e. Data Analytics) towards future business opportunities. In refining their expertise our students also concentrate their master studies in the relevant fields they wish to become experts in.
