Scholarships are provided through expense reimbursements and fee waivers. PSE Program students may also receive additional discounts and sponsorships, including reduced BIM and MIM fees.

Refunds, deferrals, and course credits are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and require approval from PSE's administration. Generally, a full tuition refund is available up to 8 weeks before the start of the academic year if tuition is paid in full. If not fully paid by the start date, no refund applies. Within the first 2 weeks of the program, students with full tuition payments may receive a 50% refund credit, valid for up to 2 semesters. After the first 2 weeks, no refunds are issued.
